Welcome to Meila (meila.eu). By accessing or purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms.

1. General These Terms of Service apply to all visitors and customers of meila.eu, operated by Kotryna Ciparytė, conducting individual activity (certificate No. 1498818), based in Mažeikiai, Lithuania.

2. Eligibility By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

3. Orders & Acceptance All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, in which case you will receive a full refund.

4. Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in EUR and include applicable VAT. We accept major payment methods as displayed at checkout.

5. Shipping & Delivery Delivery times and costs are displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control.

6. Returns & Refunds Underwear and briefs cannot be returned once unsealed, in accordance with EU hygiene regulations (EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(e)). Bras and other non-intimate items may be returned within 14 days if unworn, with tags attached, and in original packaging. Please refer to our full Return & Refund Policy for details.

7. Intellectual Property All content on meila.eu is the property of Meila and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability Meila is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages to the fullest extent permitted by Lithuanian and EU law.

9. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and applicable EU regulations.

10. Dispute Resolution We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any issues. EU customers also have the right to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
