At Meila, we take great care to ensure every order meets the highest quality standards.

Non-Returnable Items — Hygiene Exemption In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Article 16(e)), underwear and briefs that have been unsealed after delivery cannot be returned or refunded for hygiene reasons. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this condition.

Returnable Items — Bras & Non-Intimate PiecesBras and other non-intimate items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:

  • Unworn and in original condition
  • With all tags attached
  • In their original packaging

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@meila.eu within 14 days of receiving your order.

Defective or Incorrectly Described Items If any item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from its description, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement regardless of category. Please contact us within 14 days with photos of the issue.

Refunds Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective.
